If you have forgotten your username and password, just contact our customer service office and provide your profile personal information as follows:
1. Full name.
2. Physical Address
3. Phone number.
4. E-mail address.
5. Date of birth.
As soon as we have checked that the information you provided us with and it matches in your Alamo Poker account, we will gladly send you the login information. Please remember that Alamo Poker allows only one account per player, household or computer.

I need more play money:

Whenever you run out of "Play Poker Chips", all you need to do in order to add more to your Poker account, is go to any page on our website and click on the "My Account" option, located on the top main menu. Login and once the next page has been displayed click on the "Refill Chips" option to add $1,000.00 worth into your play money poker account. Please note that this can only be done up to 3 times a day.

Please don't create more than one player account per person. We will block all accounts except one, for players who have created multiple accounts.

Java Software:

Alamo Poker offers you the advantage of playing without downloading any program onto your computer. Make sure your unit runs the Java Software properly and that your windows version does not have a Firewall that could prevent you from accessing our games. For more information click on the image.
